This archway in the grounds of the Louvre was taken with the camera close to the ground and, with patience, no-one in the shot.
If I'm taking a picture of a building or object, I usually try and do it with people absent. Nothing worse than a bonehead tourist
standing around for ages while you wait until the moment is right.
