Australia's Great Barrier Reef is truly spectacular and nothing prepares you for the first time you dip your head below the water.
I took an underwater camera with me to capture some of what I saw but it's not that simple. Good lighting is a major requirement
and a disposable camera's flash isn't up to the job. This photo is from an underwater viewing deck and shows you
the stairs where the divers walk down.
